Returns via Self-Shipment
For countries that require self-shipment, the return cost depends on the carrier used.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with no stains, odors, or damage.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
- Certain items (e.g., underwear, socks, keychains, and promotional mystery products) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Outlets & Pop-Ups Policy
- Returns: Items bought from outlet stores or pop-ups are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Possible only for size or garment swaps during the pop-up event.
